Throughout her career, Barb has had many opportunities to mentor other staff about clinical documentation, techniques and daily tasks necessary to serve our clients appropriately. Barb also managed a small mental health facility in Lewis County, which was part of a bigger organization there, for over a year prior to entering private practice. She had approximately 10 to 12 staff members to supervise and train at any given time. Barb has all of the necessary training, requirements and licensure to supervise associate clinicians to licensure themselves. Barb enjoys this role greatly and has a lot of enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring!
